Rebecca Emily Dalli Gonzi, PhD, is a registered civil engineer, architect, and lecturer at the University of Malta. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, she specializes in project management, environmental risk, and business continuity management. Rebecca is the founder of The DALI Model, a tool for organizational risk assessment, and author of ‘Change and Continuity Management in the Public Sector.’ Her current research focuses on innovative engineering techniques and strategic project management. She has received recognition, including the Best Conference Paper Award in 2018.
