John joined the Armed Forces of Malta in 1986 and left in 2004. Between 1994 and 1999 John served as Aide-de-Campe to his Excellency the President, Dr. Ugo Mifsud Bonnici.

John founded SHIELD in 1999 and became Managing Director in 2004. SHIELD is Malta’s first and foremost company in Operational Risk.
