Jeremy Cassar was born on the 22 nd July 1991. Jeremy started his journey having worked a number of sales-oriented jobs around Malta after he finished his studies, Between January 2014 and September 2017, he assisted in the building and running of a family business taking on a leadership role, owning a number of retail outlets in Gozo based on tourism, 

He started his experience in the real estate industry by joining Remax Malta where he worked as a sales agent in 2017. Wishing for further self-growth, in January 2019, he then set up a real estate company called Property Hunters Limited alongside 4 other partners which provided real estate services as well. 

Within two years property hunters managed to obtain a strong brand reputation, particularly in Gozo within the property sector. Between June 2020 and February 2021, Jeremy purchased the shares pertaining to the other four shareholders within the same company, and become the sole owner and Managing Director thereof.

Shortly afterward, Mr. Cassar started discussions with global real estate leaders ERA Real Estate to purchase the rights to exclusively launch ERA Malta. He became the Owner and CEO of ERA Malta in October 2021. Shortly after he opened the first office for ERA Malta in Victoria Gozo in January 2022, and another office shall shortly be opened in Naxxar Malta Currently undergoing works and aims to open other strategic outlets around malta.

ERA real estate is ranked amongst the top 3 brands in the world forming part of an extensive network of offices – spanning in 39 countries and comprising 40,000 agents worldwide In 2022, the company celebrated its milestone 50th anniversary. It has been well-known for using technology and innovative tools within the real estate industry worldwide.

Within its first year of operations, ERA Malta proved to be a global leader by having introduced text ERA which has proven to be a revolutionary tool within the real estate industry in Malta so far.
