James is the founder of Structure Studio, a boutique professional firm which focuses on structural engineering and property valuations. He graduated from the University of Malta in 2003, and after he has obtained a Masters in Structural Engineering from the University of Surrey, and a Masters in business administration from the University of Malta 2013.

James’ approach on new projects and retrofitting is practical and solution oriented. He has acquired experience in the UK as a design structural engineer within a leading structural engineering firm on commercial office buildings, and locally, on some of the country’s most prestigious projects such as: The Point Shopping Mall complex and the ICT Faculty Building. In addition to this, James has been appointed on several projects as Valuer for private assignments and for the Law Courts of Malta. James is also a licensed EPC Assessor.
