Alberto Valls

Alberto Valls, MRICS, is the Managing Partner of the Real Assets practice at Deloitte in Spain. He is also Head of Real Estate in EMEA and he is a member of the Deloitte Global Real Estate Leadership Committee. Since May 2021, Alberto is the ULI Madrid Council Chairman. Alberto started his career 27 years ago at Arthur Andersen and became a partner of Deloitte in 2008. He has been focused on the Real Estate sector since 2006. He leads the Real Estate Advisory services practice at Deloitte Spain and he originates and executes domestic and cross border Real Estate transactions. Since he took the role, the Real Estate Advisory practice has grown from 15 professionals to more than 120, by developing services for the whole Real Estate Investment cycle. Alberto has a wide experience in M&A, Debt and Capital Advisory. He has advised on single Real Estate asset transactions, portfolios and listed and non listed Real Estate takeovers.
