Professor Ruben Paul Borg brings a robust academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, a Specialization in Structural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and an Honors Bachelor’s degree from the University of Malta. Additionally, he is a certified Quality Management Systems Auditor through CertiQuality in Italy.

Professionally, he is both an Architect and a Civil Engineer, holding the designation of Perit Warrant in the Republic of Malta. He is affiliated with Eur.Ing.
