Inġ. Malcolm, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Malta, holds a B.Eng. (Hons) since 2013. With an Inġinier Warrant since 2018 and he is a Senior Principal Engineer in R&D at a global medical device company. Malcolm leads product development, manages teams, and serves as design owner.

Elected to the CoE Executive Council in 2019, he became the youngest President of the Chamber in 2021. Malcolm focuses on advocating for engineers, organizing events, and enhancing the public image of the engineering profession.
