JP is an applied economist advising local and international clients on economic and financial services regulation. With a background in the private cabinet of Malta’s former Prime Minister, he holds extensive experience in government and regulatory sectors.

JP has also provided policy advisory to nine governments, focusing on economic resilience and governance. He is a regular commentator in local media, a visiting assistant lecturer at the University of Malta, and Deputy Chairperson of the Financial Services Committee at The Malta Chamber of Commerce. His focus areas include economics, strategy, regulatory matters, business advisory, and education. JP is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with an MA (Econ) and a BCom (Hons) Econ from the University of Malta.
