What is the Hosted Operator Programme ?
The Hosted Operator Program offers an improved method of attendance, giving busy professionals priority access to the speaking sessions, suppliers, and networking functions they want to attend, all free of charge!!!.
As the name implies, a business operator is a decision-maker responsible for managing a company’s day-to-day operations. When the operator is not present, business usually grinds to a halt. In the Property Industry, operators are typically in charge of companies providing B2C services, such as developers, builders, architecture & design studios, and Real Estate agencies.

Qualifying criteria
To qualify for our Hosted Operator Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Sectors
- Project developers
- Real Estate Agencies
- Architecture studios
- Interior designer studios
- Property and site operators
B2B services and products provider applications won’t be accepted
Criteria
- Company’s size: >5 employees, exceptions might apply according to annual turnover.
- Level of purchasing/decision-making authority: Decision makers, C-level management and high-ranking executives.
- Geographic locations of your company and activities: Malta
Limit: 1 Hosted Operator per Company
Qualified Hosted Operators are committed to attend the following:
A minimum of 5 Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs) with Exhibitors at MARE Summit
A Pre-Scheduled Appointment is a 20 minute one to one appointment between a Operator and an exhibitor on the show floor. Each buyer must select a minimum of 5 exhibitors they would like to see and select these as Appointment Preferences. A buyer can then rank these in order of their preference. Approximately 4 weeks prior to MARE Summit, our system will match your preferences per day of attendance with exhibitor availability. Your matched and confirmed appointments will then be shown in your app.
Please note that we are only accepting applications from those who meet the above criteria. However, if you do not meet these requirements but know someone who does, such as a provider or client, please feel free to share this opportunity with them.
Moreover, if you don’t meet the criteria, but it is your first time in MARE, you can apply to the ” Newcomers programme “!!

Hosted Operators Tickets are limited. All the application are subject to approval depending on the qualifying criteria, once approved, the tickets will be provided on a first come first served basis.

The only requirements are the full attendance at the event both days and 5 meeting scheduled before the event at the app.
